As announced today in Aspo investor news and Lantmännen press release, Lantmännen has completed the acquisition of Leipurin. As part of Lantmännen, Leipurin will operate as a separate business within Lantmännen's Energy Division, which includes food ingredients operations.

As previously announced in August 15th, 2025, Aspo had signed an agreement to sell Leipurin to Lantmännen. Now this acquisition is complete as it has received all required regulatory approvals.
